These prices are correct at the time of publication but should be used as a guide only. They are subject to change without warning, and to exchange rates. Customers outside of the UK should be aware that they may be liable for VAT at the local rate and import duty.

What if I urgently need an order?
If you need to request an urgent urgent order, please send us a request by E-mail, stating preferred delivery time, date and destination. We will e-mail you by return with our closest possible time and cost estimate.

What if an item I order is unavailable?
We will use the telephone or e-mail details you have provided to contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed.
If we are not able to contact you we will use our discretion and send you the items which are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly.

What if I am out when you try to deliver?
If you are not home when your goods are delivered, our Carrier (see above) will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.

What do I do if there's a problem with my delivery?
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund on the condition that you return the incorrect, faulty or damaged item(s) to us. Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of the returned order.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant packaging and documentation so that we can claim against the carriers insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents.
If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for the goods as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming.

What is your returns policy?
We will only refund goods which are damaged and returned to us within 96 hours of receipt.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of order placement, as long as you notify us using the following e-mail address: cancellations@gameracer.co.uk ensuring you quote your name, address and order number. Provided the goods have not been despatched we will refund your order within 28 days of the receipt of cancellation. If the goods have been despatched you will need to return the goods unopened to us. We will then refund your order within 28 days of receipt of the returned unopened order.
If you are returning damaged, incorrect or faulty upon delivery goods, once we have inspected and verified your claim that the goods are in less than perfect merchantable condition, will arrange a credit or refund (whichever you prefer) of the full purchases price paid for the goods including your delivery charge. Please note that the refunds will normally be made using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded to your credit card account). If your claim is verified, we will also refund your return postage within 28 days of receipt of the returned order. We do however insist that we nominate the Carrier you use to return the goods.
If the goods are being returned as faulty under the 12 month manufacturers warranty, we will not refund your delivery charge, however we will deliver your repaired/replacement goods at no further cost to you once we have verified your claim.

*GameRacer reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain locations, or to request a higher delivery charge than originally advertised. We will inform you within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there is a problem with your delivery destination.
