I received my GameRacer Elite and G25 on Monday and I must admit, I'm very impressed with the quality of both.

I would like to thank you for your efforts and service in processing my order, absolutely faultless.

After spending around 30mins putting it all together I've not packed it away since, I've been on it for hours now and not a hint of aches and pains. Coming from an old fellow such as myself, that should speak volumes for how comfortable the seat is.

As for adjusting it for other people, in a matter of seconds it's easily altered from a six footer like myself, to a more vertically challenged five foot nothing.

You probably don't remember me but i bought a racing seat from you in December for my 11 year old sons christmas present. I don't usually take the time to give feedback on things I buy but I had to in this case.

The seat is fantastic!! The quality is superb, a really solid and sturdy product. My hubby built it up in less than 15 minutes and couldn't believe how easy it was (we're not technically minded in this house)!

My son is never off the thing and I have a queue at the door of his friends all asking for a turn. It's made racing games so realistic and fun that even I have been tempted.

I had spent months looking for one of these and i can honestly say the others cost twice as much, postage was shocking and the quality wasn't even half as good and these are from big name brands!

I see most of the feedback is from rally enthusiasts or older gamers and I wanted to reassure anyone who is buying this for a younger person/early teen that this product is fantastic and will grow with them rather than something that will break or need replaced in a year.

Fabulous product, fabulous service(you actually suggested i buy a cheaper model!) and customer care was second to none. At last a company which excells in all areas!!

I took delivery of my GameRacer Pro (in black) last Thursday as an early Xmas present and spent most of the weekend playing GT5 Prologue and Dirt2 on my PS3. It was really easy to assemble and even had the tools in the box. I’m using a Logitech G25 (attachment bolts included!) and took Teds advice and used the simple extension bar for the gear consol saving some money as well as reducing the footprint, and it’s incredible. I’ve had neighbours coming over to play, one who’s 6’6” and adjusting the seat was a breeze. The benefit of being able to remove the seat back and concertina the components together means I can store the whole rig including pedals and wheel behind my settee much to my Wife’s joy.

I needed to use a small cushion for lumber support on the seat back but at 52 years old I think that’s acceptable. Comfort and adjustability are exceptional. I would highly recommend mounting the steering column with the upright point located towards the driver as it gives far more space at the pedals and has no downside. The pedals can be mounted centrally if like me you are a left foot braker or moved about 3 inches to the right if you are a heel and toe driver, giving the best of both worlds and works perfectly.

Build quality is top notch and the seat base is heavy enough to give a solid feel but still fairly easy to lift for storage. If you’re looking for a driving simulator that’s fantastic value and does the job perfectly then the Game RacerPro is for you. Just for the record my lap times did get quicker, the extra feel and driving position comfort made a very big difference to the experience. Perhaps a “Butt Kicker” might be on my birthday list!

Didn't realise you could even have single seat option until reading instructions. Tools in the box !!!!.

I cannot put into words how impressed I am with you and your product !!!.

Just to let you know all was well, I put it together in no time, couldn't believe it when I saw a spanner in the package as well !!

Only trouble was I had to wait for my wife to finish watching her soaps until I could get on it... then before I realised it was gone 1am !... The PS3 has never been better, my hobby is Rallying, both competing and organising, now between events I can get my motor sport fix in a much more realistic manner !

What a great service, thanks for all your help Ted, now that I have spent quite a few hours on the gameracer elite setup I thought I should send you some feedback.

I gave it 5 hours of PC sim gaming last night (live for speed) with my G25 with the added break nixim mod and the elite performed superb, it really is a very solid setup and very comfortable. You may not be aware but I am a serious sim racer belonging to a racing sim online community and will place a review on our forum as I am that impressed with it. Superb.

Firstly I would just like to say how impressed I was with your customer service, although somewhat of a brief experience - due to the swift and trouble-free transaction - it was a pleasure to have someone wanting to spend time discussing their product with me. Your helpful, informative service is a rare thing these days and the only thing that beats the product itself into second place ...although only just!

It goes without saying that the Logitech G25 is a great piece of kit, any sim racing fan knows it's the wheel of choice. The build quality and features are well worth the extra cash outlay. At first I was slightly concerned I might damage the pedal unit, I wasn't sure if I could treat the G25 like the real thing. But what with the metal components, and the perfect amount of give on the foot plate of the Gameracer, I soon realised there was nothing to worry about. It really does feel like both the G25 and Gameracer Elite have been made for each other, so many times have I seen and tried products that have simply been thrown together, but this combo feels just right, excellent in fact.

After spending a bit of time playing GTR2 and making adjustments to the positions of the wheel and pedals to suit my needs - and getting used to the proper bucket seat - I have found the Elite to be an outstanding product; the comfort, the robust frame and the build quality in general is top-notch.

Driving around Nordschleife in GTR2's excellent F1 2008 mod is a truly amazing experience with this setup

I just wanted to let you know that the GameRacer arrived Thursday in good shape.

I must say that I am extremely happy with the product. I have spent several hours behind the wheel since then and it is an absolute thrill to drive racing simulators like that (with a G25 wheel). On top of that the product is extremely well built. Solid and easy to assemble and adjust.

I'm having some friend over to try it soon, and who knows if they will end up as customers eventually... :-)

After working in retail for the last 15 years it is very rare in this day and age to be assisted and served with such professionalism hence why I thought an e mail thanking you would seem appropriate. I recently phoned and ordered your racer seat and riser kit and as promised arrived soon afterwards.

After fitting my 360 wireless wheel set i found the pedals to be too high and yet again your company pulled out all the stops to make and offer a free swap for a footplate with a lower angle. Yet again...next day delivery !!!!

I then purchased your throttle mount on ebay !!!....Yet again....Next day delivery!!!

So many customers are too keen to moan and shout at companies and shops, yet no one seems to find the need to thank people that strive to do there job to there upmost.

May I say it has been a pleasure to deal with you and will happily recommend yourselves to all i know.

Thanks for the quick response to my order.

I ordered my Gameracer Pro at 3pm on Monday over the internet, and it was delivered the Tuesday morning. Excellent service I have to say.

The seat itself is of a very good quality, and was assembled in a matter of minutes. A quick blast on GT5 Prologue with my G25 told me the difference the seat made. It really would enhance the experience of any racing game. I can see many hours of racing ahead!

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks. The setup was quite straightforward and I have put the rig through its paces with a few laps on GT5 Prologue. Fantastic. I don't know why I didn't get one of these earlier.

Just a quick mail to say that my GameRacer arrived yesterday afternoon, contents unscathed from their journey to Switzerland.

I assembled the unit last night when I got home from work before giving it a 1hr test drive. First impressions during the build were very good. Obviously sturdily made and very nicely finished as well. It all went together smoothly and without a hiccup. Included tools were a nice finishing touch. I installed my Driving Force Pro, adjusted everything to fit me and placed the GRP in front of my TV (big 50” Plasma). I fired up GT4 and went out in the wet at Tsukuba in something with more power than grip at the rear wheels. One word. Superb…! The GRP really enhances the experience. Very pleased…!

Awesome piece of kit for sure – I can guarantee it’ll get some hammer the next few weeks as all and sundry test it out…!!!

I would like to thank you for your outstanding customer support and enthusiastic sales team.

I was excited to receive the Game Racer Pro Driving Seat and could not wait to try it out. As with all things, when you get your hopes up on something, you expect a lot from it and its very easy to feel let down.

On receiving the unit i quickly un-boxed and built the unit following the easy build instructions. Then it was plugged into the PS3 and I was thrilled. My driving games have now become driving simulators and my complete gaming experience is improved.

The best thing is that as newer improved steering wheels and pedal setups are released in the future I can just add to my setup without changing my seat and frame.

The build quality is spot on and I am a perfectionist myself, being an engineer, and I am not easily pleased. The unit is totally flexible and was easy to fine tune to my individual requirements.

So I would like to say thank you to all at Game Racer for a most excellent product.

For your information:

I have a background in car racing, from karting and touring car racing with Vauxhall and now a keen racer on and off the track.

I have visited the Nurburgring in Germany on many occasions.

So I believe I am a pretty good test pilot for the seat and setup and enjoy motor racing at extreme levels.

I finally got chance yesterday to give my new G25 a good testing, WOW what a difference from my old MS Force Feedback.! (Trusty but nearly 10 years old)

I fired up GTR2 and had no trouble getting it all set up, it seems GTR2 is G25 ready and the wheel works great on the default settings. It took me an hour or so to get used to the gear shift not being on the paddles & I reckon it'll take a fare bit longer to get used to having a clutch on the PC, but the immersion factor has definitely gone up by 100%.

The first thing that really struck me was how positive the wheel is, if you put the car on the centre line there's no wandering about, this is something I have never found on a PC wheel. After a while I had a play with the force settings (I like a heavy wheel) & soon discovered that you really don't want it set to full unless your name is Geoff Capes.!

The quality of the whole system is phenomenal & the forces are so realistic in GTR2 you really can feel your way around the circuit right on the ragged edge.

After getting used to the slightly different ratio of the G25 I put the shift back on the paddles just to see what difference the wheel would make to my lap times & on the first lap at Barcelona I tore a whole 1.7 seconds of my best lap time.!!

What more can I say? The Logitech G25 although not cheap, is the best quality I have ever seen in a PC wheel & well worth every penny it cost.

Thanks once again for going the extra mile, I have no doubt the other half will know exactly where to find me boxing day.

GameRacer brings GT4 as a game onto a different level. A wise purchase - and I would recommend highly as there isn't a comparable product on the market in the sub £200 mark.

Although the product is designed for a niche market it would be good so them in-store where you can demo. Having used one it certainly sells it to me more than a picture...

There are a few independent stores in the West Mids that would be great to see how they got on...

Just a quick email to thank you for the Game Racer, I ordered a Club yesterday and received it today! Very fast shipping and I couldn't be happier with the product! Fantastic build quality, and so much fun to use.

The Steering wheel arrived yesterday and is great, I will get the old one packaged tonight and off to you tomorrow, I found putting the rubber spacers normally used on Kart seats etc, worked great in conjunction with the clamp.

Having toyed with the idea of buying a seat/pod for my Logitech steering wheel for quite some time I decided on your GameRacer Pro. I was very skeptical about spending £300 on a bit of steel and a seat, but I have to say after receiving it today (after only 1 working day!!!!) I am delighted and think its money well spent, it makes GT4P a completely new game.
